Located in Kingwood, Texas, Janus Communities* is a welcoming and supportive assisted living community dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and special needs. Our residential facility, Stoney Glen Manor, provides compassionate care, enriching programs, and employment opportunities that promote independence and self-worth. Programs & Services

At Janus Communities, we offer comprehensive programs and services designed to empower individuals with IDD and special needs through residential care, programs and activities, and community engagement that supports independence and enhances lives.

The assisted living program at Stoney Glen Manor takes a holistic approach to resident well-being, providing medical, nutritional, and emotional support to ensure a healthy and fulfilling life. This includes:

• On-Site Medical Coordination: Residents receive nursing support, medication management, and routine health monitoring, in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.
• Personalized Care Plans: We develop individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being, including meals designed for optimal nutrition and dietary needs, ensuring each resident receives the support they need.
• 24/7 Compassionate Care: Our dedicated staff offers round-the-clock assistance and medical support that prioritizes the health and safety of our residents.
• Life-Enriching Activities: Residents engage in various activities, including exercise, arts, music, and social events, designed to enhance their quality of life and encourage personal expression.
• Work Program: Our training program aims to empower individuals by providing employment opportunities and skill development in a supportive setting.
• Community Integration: We provide opportunities for residents to participate in community events and build meaningful relationships, fostering a sense of belonging.
